COMPUSPORT will automatically give both teams 0.5 points for tied rounds and 0.5 points for tied scores at the end of a match. You do not have to play an extra game for the round point anymore. LOTS OF TEAMS USING APP.ALREADY FINDING IT VERY USER FRIENDLY.

After you have your app launched, simply go to:

• Events: Select "Big Country Amusements".
• Divisions: Select your league (e.g., "Sundre, Drum Wed Fun, Drum Tues, Olds Tues").
• Select the match you want to play.
• Touch the scoresheet icon to launch the scoresheet.

For the Home Team:

• Fill out the scoresheet using the touchscreen on your phone by touching the blank dropdown selections.
• Averages will load automatically, so there's no need to look them up.
• After completing and accepting the scoresheet, it gets sent to all players on the visiting team.

For the Visiting Team:

• Monitor the scoresheet on the app while the home team is filling it out.
• After the home team completes the scoresheet, simply view it, confirm it's correct, and you're done!

Note: Visiting teams can monitor the scoresheet as it's being filled out.

VNEA sanction leagues , ALL Tuesday leagues plus Sundre , sanction fees are $25 dollar CDN and due by Nov-12th  2024. All players must sanction . If late with your VNEA sanction deadline , Sanction will cost you 5 dollars extra. So all sanctions after deadline $30 dollars !! So pass this info on to your location if they are covering any or all of your sanction fees. VNEA will block your standings until paid if not paid on time!! Make sure you clearly mark on your weekly scoresheet when sanction paid and which players paid. You can pay anytime from now until Oct 29th deadline.

SMARTPHONES

This App is available at most major app stores  : Google  or  Playstore  etc.  Simply load app to smartphone ,set up profile as per instructions, once our league is past the 2 week hand bomb schedule and the  full season schedule is uploaded to Compusport , by 3rd week of play ,you simply need to launch your app , type in your name and Big Country Amusements profile will be available on your screen. Then simply touch what you desire ,Schedule, stats , updates , Upcoming Events ,etc : everything will super easy to use ! Scores will be entered on your phone after match using info from your scoresheet. Home team enter first and opposing team members will automatically receive copy their phones , they simply click YES that scoresheet matches theirs and then info updates to server ! NO PRESSURE  to be perfect at this right away, we will be using our regular scoresheets this year until everyone comfortable with new system . 90 % percent of all leagues have already switched before us and the operators and players very happy with new system.

COMPUSPORT SCORING / TRACKING/SCHEDULING SYSTEMS BEING IMPLEMENETD THIS SEASON.

Best software used by mass majority of all leagues for scoring/scheduling & tracking stats : amazing smartphone friendly , super easy access to view & update . Old system not supported any more. We will continue to use normal score sheets this year , so all teams can get comfortable with new better system. This system will in use directly after our pre-season startup  scheduling when teams can still join. Once permanent schedule ready to post all will be active. The very simple instructions how load the app and use will be posted on website.

NEW WEBSITE COMING , PRESENT PLATFORM NOT SUPPORTED IN NEW WIN & GOOGLE OS SYSTEMS

Site will be automatically activated connected to same web address link. Will be modern easy to use and faster. Will be implemented shortly after league startup once stream lined and operating .

These are all great changes moving league forward . Some change for sure , but I've had meetings with most major league operators past few months  and players and operators very happy with these newer required systems in place. So don't be intimidated by changes ,will make things easier , fun and more interactive .
